| We offer a wide range of medications from
both US and EU based pharmacies; as US residents you are
physically able to buy from both.
If you buy from our US partner pharmacy you will be required
to complete an online health questionnaire and divulge your
own physicians name and contact information. After their
own doctor has reviewed your order, will then either approve
or decline it on medical grounds. The pharmacy under Federal
law then has to contact your doctor and ask their express
permission to fulfill the prescription. If your physician
declines to give approval, the pharmacy can not ship your
order. Perhaps 40% of physicians actually respond.
If you buy from one of our EU partner pharmacies you again
will be required to complete an online medical questionnaire
but will not have to divulge your own physician's details.
The pharmacy's own doctor will review your order and then
either approve or decline your prescription. Prescriptions
ordered by US residents this way are considered "personal
imports" by the FDA / DEA. The US Federal Authorities
consider all such imports to be unlawful BUT allow the US
customs officer (even if one gets involved, which is not
often) on duty the right to waive this rule. This is just
the same as if you physically traveled outside the USA and
brought foreign medications back with you. Because of the
slight risk that your order may be stopped at US customs,
the EU pharmacies offer a full money back guarantee.
Please see our FAQs page for more
information, such as why there are large price variations
between the American and European pharmacies.
