Tramadol / Ultram
is a well tolerated medication for the management of moderate
to moderately severe pain of almost any nature. Celebrex
(celecoxib), a "COX-2 inhibitor" is generally
prescribed to relief the pain of rheumatoid and osteo arthritis;
being less likely to cause stomach ulcers, liver failure
and / or kidney disease than nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory
drugs or "NSAIDs" (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.).
Bextra (valdecoxib) is another
COX-2 inhibitor used to treat arthritic conditions and severe
menstrual pain (primary dysmenorrhea). However, Bextra is
a powerful medication with severe possible side-effects;
it should be discontinued at the first appearance of skin
rash, mucosal lesions, or any other sign of hypersensitivity.
You should not buy Bextra unless you are sure you
require this level of strength and understand you must closely
monitor for any tell-tale signs that you may be developing
an adverse reaction to it.
